Service Description

We offer reliable bedside notary services directly to hospitals and medical facilities—perfect for powers of attorney, advance directives, and other urgent documents. We work with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure a smooth, respectful experience. Service starts at $95, which includes one signer and one signature. Each additional signature is $15, and each additional signer is $10. For every three signatures, the fourth is free. Travel includes up to 15 miles from 90069. Additional mileage is charged at $1.50 per mile.


Cancellation Policy

Clients may cancel their appointments online up to 2 hours before the scheduled session at no charge. Cancellations made within 2 hours of the scheduled time are non-refundable and will be charged 100% of the session fee. Clients are also allowed to reschedule their own appointments online up to 12 hours before the session begins. After this window, rescheduling will not be available, and the session will be subject to the cancellation policy. We require a valid card on file at the time of booking to secure your appointment and enforce our cancellation and no-show policy.
