  • Do I need an appointment?
    Yes, all notary services are by appointment only. If you don’t see an available time online, please contact us directly—we may be able to accommodate you sooner.
  • How do I book services with Signature Rescue?
    You can book online, call, or text us directly. We'll confirm your service, location, and send you a reminder before your appointment.
  • What fees are covered with the notary appointment?
    Each notary appointment package includes 1 signer, 1 notarization, and travel up to 10 miles from West Hollywood (90069). Common additional fees due at the time of signing include: • Additional notarizations – $15.00 each • Extra mileage – $1.75 per mile beyond 10 miles
  • What do I need to bring to a notarization?
    A valid government-issued photo ID (like a driver’s license or passport) and your documents (unsigned is usually the safer route if possible).
  • What is the cost for notary services?
    Pricing starts at $60 for mobile notary services to general locations ie; home, office, coffee shop, church, business, etc. and $95 for hospital or medical facility visits. Each services includes one signer and one signature. Each additional signature is $15 and each additional signer is $10. For every three signatures, the fourth is free. Travel includes up to 15 miles from 90069. Additional miles are billed at $1.50 per mile.
  • What ID is required for notarization in California?
    California law requires a valid, government-issued photo ID. This includes a driver's license, passport, or state ID card. The ID must be current or issued within the last 5 years and must match the name on the document.
  • What types of documents can you notarize?
    We notarize powers of attorney, affidavits, advance healthcare directives, loan documents, real estate paperwork, travel forms, and more. If you're unsure, just ask.
  • Do I need to submit anything to show proof of my online course completion?
    Yes, you will need to upload the course completion certificate that was provided at the conclusion of the course before your certification can be issued.
  • Are your CPR certifications American Heart Association approved?
    Yes! All our classes follow the latest AHA guidelines and are taught by certified instructors. Certifications are valid for 2 years and accepted nationwide.
  • Do you provide services to businesses or just individuals?
    Yes, we offer services to both individuals and businesses. Should you wish to request a long term business contract, please contact us directly.
